In the third quarter of 2024, the crime game genre on the Android platform in Africa saw dynamic trends across its top-performing apps. Here’s a closer look at how these games fared:

Hunter Assassin from Ruby Games AS maintained a fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at $32 in mid-September. Weekly downloads showed a mixed pattern, reaching a peak of around 147K in early September, while weekly active users demonstrated a minor dip from 635K to 562K by the end of the quarter.

For Robbery Bob - King of Sneak, published by Deca_Games, revenue saw modest fluctuations, with an increase to $14 at the end of September. Downloads varied, hitting a high of 127K mid-July before tapering off to approximately 67K by the end of the quarter. Active users also reflected a downward trend, decreasing from about 1M to 886K.
